Rescue of Filipino Sailor by Vietnamese Crew

He was suspected to have a traumatic brain injury. The ship’s captain immediately contacted the center via shipping agent and logistics provider Asiatrans Vietnam to request assistance. Two Deputy PMs No Longer Party Central Committee Members

The decisions were made at an extraordinary meeting of the Party Central Committee in Hanoi on December 30. The Party Central Committee also gave opinions on two candidates so that the Political Bureau would introduce them to the National Assembly for ratification to work as Deputy PMs for the 2021-2026. The government for the 2021-2026 tenure has four Deputy PMs, namely Pham Binh Minh, Le Minh Khai, Vu Duc Dam and Le Van Thanh. With the December 30 decisions, the government now has only two Deputy PMs who are members of the Party Central Committee.
