El Salvadoran Embassy Officially Opens in Hanoi, First in Southeast Asia

The opening ceremony was attended by El Salvador’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Alexandra Hill Tinoco, Vietnam’s Foreign Deputy Minister Ha Kim Ngoc and high-ranking guests from both countries. Foreign beauty queens gather for grand final of Miss Charm 2023

Ikumi Yoshimatsu, Miss International 2012, is also one of the members of the judging panel on the final night of Miss Charm 2023. The event witnesses the participation of Mireia Lalaguna, Miss World 2015. Karina Ramos, Miss Costa Rica 2014, is among the participants. This comes after she took on the role of an emcee in the semi-final night of Miss Charm 2023. The other judges include Tran Ngoc Lan Khue, a Top 11 finisher at Miss World 2015. Ngoc Chau, Miss Universe Vietnam 2022, attends the event. Miss Charm was first held in Vietnam with the aim of promoting culture, tourism, and educational activities. The contest was originally scheduled to take place in 2019 but was delayed twice because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Kim Ngan, Miss Globe Vietnam 2022, is present at the event.
