Many streets are left submerged under 50-centimetre high floodwater on October 27. Cach Mang Thang Tam street is one of the main roads deeply inundated. Commuters are forced to push their motorbikes slowly as they travel along flooded roads, with disruption causing them to be late for work and school. High floodwater leads to traffic chaos on many streets across the southern city. Many travel on other roads to avoid the high floodwater, although they face traffic jams, causing plenty of difficulties on their way to home. A small alley is submerged in floodwater.
