Vietnam’s August 23 Weather Outlook: Sunny With Chance of Evening Rain
According to the National Center for Hydro-meteorological Forecasting, there will be showers and local thunderstorms in the Northern region this morning and afternoon. Rainfall from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. has exceeded 30mm in places such as Hung Dao (Cao Bang) with 42.2mm, Phan Me (Thai Nguyen) with 37.6mm, and Thanh Mai (Bac Kan) with 35.4mm.
On August 23-24, in the area from Nghe An to Khanh Hoa, there was a hot sun with the highest daily temperature reaching 35-36 degrees, and in some places over 36 degrees. The lowest relative humidity is around 55-60%.
