Vietnam’s Northern Region Experiences Unusual Heavy Rains (September 29)

East Northern region: The East Northern region will experience cloudy weather with moderate to heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms. Thunderstorms may bring tornadoes, lightning, and strong winds. The lowest temperature will range from 22 to 25 degrees Celsius, with temperatures below 22 degrees in mountainous areas. The highest temperature will range from 27 to 30 degrees Celsius.

The lowest temperature will range from 20 to 23 degrees Celsius. The highest temperature will range from 27 to 30 degrees Celsius, with temperatures over 30 degrees in some places.
